Motivational Wednesday
First thing that you need to know and learn when you start your first job, is to know how to protect yourself from being bullied by your colleague. When i meant by being bullied, it is not by giving your pocket money or getting a wedgie. It is more to someone using you for their advantages.
For example to make the bully look good in front of the boss, the bully will use your mistake or weakness to boost his work achievement. Or, although the job is under his job scope but he tried to create an imaginary situation to portray that the job wasn’t his.
As for you, you need to know how to protect yourself by being selfish and mean but in a professional kind of way. If you want to get mad at somebody because of the business, especially when the boss thought that it was your fault but instead it’s wasn’t, you can’t simply swear at him like you used to swear to someone from across the street for stealing your lollipop. You have to know the right approach to hit them back.
The Right approach? For me, being straight forward and sarcastic help myself from being the victim of this people. But physical approach, is not advisable. This is because most of people don’t like to hear the straight forward truth in the face and this is how i attack this bully back.
There are so much predators out there and you can’t let yourself be the victim, even though u are a freshman. You have to be like them but keep yourself some limit so that you won’t cross the line and avoid from people think that you’re just the same like the opportunist.

The Tribe has spoken
Hey ya once again. Been busy with works and outstation, plus having writer’s block at the moment, clearly i have no idea what to write. Nothing interesting going on in my life at the moment. Just got back from Vietnam offshore last week. It was a fun experience to be in offshore.
Anyway, currently im counting the time, keep looking at the watch because the moment has finally arrived. I’ve been searching, researching for the perfect phone and im telling you, it aint easy. Lots of awesome phones out there, you just have to find the right one with the right price.
What phone u might asked? Let me keep that under the radar for a while. Maybe im too late to be part of the crowd but for personal achievement, eying for that thing since last year and managed to own it using ur own money without any financial assistance from ur parent, it is truly a personal achievement and satisfaction.
Trust me, if you’re eying for something big, tried to save some money and buy it on your own. You will be satisfy and more appreciate things after that.

Bimbo&Lola 2011 Trends
As you know, stylist from all over the world has shown what is the trends for 2011 starting from head to toe. And sumtimes, even a girl like me would get confuse which trend is suitable for me cause there are so many out there. Yes, I’m kinda a trend follower but not that die-hard type.
Usually i follow this one specific trend and innovate it to make it my own. so that i could feel comfortable for my own skin. So i’ve decided to make my own 2011 trends. And one thing you didnt know abt me is that I don’t like any types of current trends that has too many followers. Either on fashion, movies, celebrities crushes and etc. Usually people like to follow a trend that has many followers cause they think they can mix with people easier. One thing I gotta say, different is special. Enough with the babbling, let’s start the show.
Hair
For this year, black is the new blonde. Whether it is bluish black, reddish black, brownish black or pure black, im going for black this year.
Top
Dresses
Leave your big, bulky and stretchable belt at home. It’s time for thin and tiny dress belt. It is more suitable for casual occasion rather than cocktail party. But it depends on how you mix and match with.
Shirts/Cardigans
When i wear with denim, i like to wear with a baby tee or cardigans. Then mix it with flippers, flat shoes or converse. But refer to several pics that i put in other sections, at least this year will be a whole lot different.
Bottom
Denim
Whether converse, ankle boots, high heels or even flippers, denim is my favorite of all time. You can mix anything with denim jeans. But it didnt quite match if u wear dress on the top part.
Black tights
Usually, black tights are mixed with blouse or dresses with black flat shoes, ankle boots or black high heels. For me, it just plain weird if we mixed with other colored shoes. But colored tights are acceptable.
Shoes
Ankle boots is hot stuff for this year. Whether it’s a gladiator type (already own it) or covered ankle boots, im getting one. Whether you mix it with a cocktail dress, denim or even black tights, it will give a sophisticated look with an element of a rock-chic.
For the occasion that i’m more comfortable wearing flat shoes than boots, Converse is still my preferable since high school. To be more feminine, you can replace the sneakers with a gladiator sandals.
My goal for this year, is to get all the stuff that i have mentioned. Wish me luck!=D

Hypocrite Commodity
Currently, i am surrounded by hypocrites and fake people. There is one personality when they are with u and there is one other personality when they are behind ur back. This is what I felt and seen since 2011 has started. Im not embarrassed to admit that it happened in the relatives. Im tired already of pretending that nothing is happening, tired of ignoring of what is happening right now.So, FUCK OFF!
Since i was in high school, u guys always like to compete with each other, to see who is the best out of the rest. Seriously, did u guys won anything beside ur pride? Did u pride gave u something so valuable that could exchange with ur stupidity? Furthermore, what do u want to compete about? We’re not ur strangers.If something good happened in the family, we would glad to wish u all the best of luck. But, was it really hard for u guys to do the same?? You even tried to isolate us just because u think that we’re better than u?And u feel so happy for doing that?
Well, what can i say is, keep going and doing what u love. Karma is bitch and soon, it will haunt u back. We’re so not interested to join any types of ego competition with u guys. Yes, life is full of fake people and u guys are not excluded. You’re so top on the list. You think we might feel affected by what you are doing right now? Think again. We don’t care at all! So stop thinking that we did. There are much more important stuff to be considered about than your stupidity act. There are many things that are larger than your ego competitions. Do compete with each other, we don’t give a damn. You guys are so dead in my book already. I already crossed out u guys out of my life list and do I look like I care if u did the same?
